- External messages.
- Pricing, delivery time, contract, payment, refund, and benefit commitments.
- CRM / OKKI / international-station backend / ad budget / store setting changes.
- Customer privacy, account permissions, staff performance, account assignment, and business priority decisions.
- Unredacted recordings, backend exports, chat records, signed links, or permissioned data.
